Closing Process
Once your client has chosen a home they want to make an offer on, reach out to your Havenstone Homes contact for the details needed to submit the offer. All offers must include seller-paid closing costs. A reference guide and offer cover letter will be available for you to download and include with your submission.
After an offer is accepted, you will receive the contact information for the title company and home inspector to schedule next steps. Havenstone Homes will handle all program paperwork directly with the client and coordinate closing with the title company.
